Our brokerage, Home As Art, has exclusively represented 350+ multi-unit sales across Southern California with a core competency that spans all aspects of the development, marketing and sales process. Joshua Gaunya has led the New Developments Division since its inception in 2005 with direct involvement from firm owners Mike Deasy & George Penner.

Our team of New Development sales professionals are emerged within the neighborhoods and communities we represent. Experienced agents are on-site to manage each project's day-to-day operations, service client relations and convert sales through sell-out.

Our team assists with the development of unique project logos & branding implementation, professional photography, copywriting, print, email, web and social media content, on-site signage and public relations outreach.
