Luxe | Bel Air Luxury Estate Listed for $400 Million
A Bel Air compound linked to Qatar's Al-Thani royal family just hit the market for $400 million, claiming the title of the most expensive residential listing in the United States. Designed by Peter Marino, the 70,000-square-foot estate sits on a rare eight-acre promontory with views stretching from downtown to the Pacific. If it sells at ask, it would shatter the current U.S. home sale record by more than $160 million.
Listed by: Jack Harris and Michael Fahimian of The Beverly Hills Estates.
