The outdoor heart of Aimé Leon Dore's new West Hollywood flagship is a cobblestone courtyard shaded by an 80-year-old olive tree sourced from California's Central Valley, rounded out with vintage seating, pale gravel, and warm clay tones. The adjoining Café Leon Dore is finished with deep-green millwork and a marble mosaic with brass motifs by late Greek artist Alekos Fassianos, centered around the brand's signature custom La Marzocco Linea 2 espresso machine.
